There are two installation methods for safety chucks: shaft seat installation and flange installation.
Shaft seat installation refers to the installation of a fixed inflatable shaft or square steel at both ends into a safe flat head slot, which can be manually pushed open and automatically returned to its original position when rotated. The tail end of the safety clamp is driven by a motor to rotate the clamp, thereby driving the rotation of the coil shaft.
The flange type safety clamp does not need to be fixed, but directly connects the tail end to the motor and follows the rotation of the motor. The operation of the coil discharge shaft is basically the same as that of the shaft seat.
